Seventh-day Adventist have long practiced and advocated health and wellness principles.
It is well know, as reported by National Geographic, that having a longer longevity depends on certain wellness principles.
These principles have also been given to us through a special messenger inspired by God. Some of these principles are as follows:
1. exercise
2 nutrition
3. fresh air
4. sunshine
5. self-control
6. proper rest
7. a positive attitude
8. water
9. trust in God
