In their study from University College in London, Dr. Elizabeth G. Neal and her colleagues, assigned a group of children with epilepsy to a Ketogenic diet, high-fat and lows carbs, and after three months the children on the Ketogenic Diet had 1/3 less epilepsy, while seizures increased with the children on a regular diet.

The study confirms that a Ketogenic Diet is safe and effective in children with drug-resistant epilepsy.
