Refried Bean Fondue

(Serving Size 1/4 cup)

1 can fat free refried beans
1 cup (8 oz.) tomato sauce ( may use salsa for part or all of this)
Juice of one lime
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
¼ cup fat free sour cream (opt)
2 T. chopped cilantro (opt)

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Adjust ingredients to taste. Heat in a fondue pot or microwave in a glass dish.
