Cocoa Sauce with Splenda
(Serving Size 1/4 cup)

1 cup Water
¾ cup Splenda
6 T Hershey’s European Style Cocoa, Dry
1 t. Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp. Salt

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and stir to dissolve. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cool before refrigerating to chill. The sauce is best served as a condiment with fruit, etc. rather than by itself.
