The Value of Fresh Air

According to an article written in the book Ministry of Healing and quoted by the messenger of God, “the lungs are constantly throwing off impurities and they need to be constantly supplied with fresh air. Impure air does not afford the necessary supply of oxygen, and the blood passes to the brain and other organs without being vitalized, To live in a closed, ill-ventilated rooms, where the air is dead and vitiated, weakens the entire system.”

This author also states, “in order to have good blood, we must breathe well. Full, deep inspiration of pure air fill the lungs with oxygen thus purifying the blood, The lungs should be allowed the greatest freedom possible. Superficial breathing soon becomes a habit and the lungs lose their power to expand. When we do not breathe in deeply of pure air it not only affects the lungs, but also the stomach, liver and brain are susceptible to disease.”

In order to have good health, we must all have good blood; for the blood is the current of all life. SO LETS ALL TAKE DEEP BREATHS TO BETTER HEALTH!!!!!!
